Money Moves Academy
A hands-on youth education and workforce readiness program designed to prepare young people for adulthood, leadership, and long-term success.
Overview
Money Moves Academy is an 8-week, 72-hour program that equips youth and young adults with the tools they need to make informed decisions, build confidence, prepare for the workforce, develop leadership skills, and create a roadmap for their future.
Participants complete classroom instruction, homework assignments, Bronze Badge Challenges, guest speaker sessions, book-based learning, and personal planning activities. Each graduate develops a written and visual Personal Wealth Plan outlining their goals, growth strategy, and roadmap for success.
Participants are paid for their participation. Every participant receives a $500 stipend upon completion of the program, with additional opportunities to earn compensation for each Bronze Badge Challenge they complete. This investment reinforces the real-world value of showing up, doing the work, and following through — core principles of the Academy.
Who we serve
Money Moves Academy serves youth and young adults ages 14–24.
